Srikanthan Kumarasamy, Co-Founder
Srikanthan (Sri) discovered the full meaning of the word ‘calling’ when he discovered coaching. Or, perhaps we should say, when coaching discovered him. Since that moment, life has not been the same.
To him, ‘coach’ is not a label; it is his entire being. A way of living. A way of showing up, for himself and for others. A way of enabling. He believes coaching is not an act of doing; it is a state of presence, trust and relational depth.
Through programs, retreats, masterclasses and coach supervision, Sri creates spaces where coaches reconnect with their essence, deepen their impact and build thriving practices that align with their values.
Sri is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a certified Coaching Supervisor. He has coached over 500 people and mentored more than 100 coaches through their ICF credentialing journeys. Lakshan Srikanthan, Co-Founder
Lakshan is a certified coach (ICF-ACC, soon to be PCC) and coach educator. Also, he hosts the Mind the Generation Gap (MTGG) podcast with Goldie Uttamchandani.
He is deeply committed to presence-based, client-focussed coaching. He believes that growth happens when people feel heard, seen and safe. He has logged more than 410 coaching hours.
At Guiding Light, Lakshan co-creates and delivers coach education for aspiring ACC and PCC coaches, offers mentoring for the ACC and PCC credentialing paths (including the portfolio path) and helps build premium retreats and masterclasses for global coaches. Also, he is helping enhance Guiding Light’s digital presence and brand perception. He loves exploring the deeper integration of coaching, content and generational systems.
