The retreat has been an extremely fruitful 2 days spent with all the other peer coaches. What I would take back for myself is connecting with the heart more. As far as my clients and the coaching sessions that I will do in the future, I would bring a deeper level of coaching. One of the concepts that was discussed was converting personal core values to spiritual values and expanding them to a larger group. That touched me. And I’m going to practice it for myself and for my clients.

The retreat was incredibly enriching. The program focused on revisiting coaching fundamentals, even for seasoned practitioners like me. Working with Srikanth as my mentor coach made me realize my struggle with coaching presence. My mind often wandered or raced ahead during sessions. The retreat fundamentally improved my presence and coaching approach. The residential retreat at Shrimath taught us the essence of great listening and how to practice it. I highly recommend it to all coaches. It was also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other coaches and oneself in a serene environment. I would happily return to experience those two days again.
