Learning, working & practising with coach Srikanth has been nothing short of magical. He is a master at his art and he brings the essence of coaching to his students in a very simple manner. An authentic giver, he holds back nothing. The biggest benefit that I have had is in being part of a community which he leads, holding space in the truest way and giving room & opportunities for everyone to learn from each other. One never signs up with coach Srikanth for a specific session, you sign up for life. He is there to walk alongside your journey as long as you are willing.

The Coaching Competencies Immersive retreat was a very enriching experience. What makes Srikanth’s mentoring different is that he is able to take the most complex topic and convert it into the simplest and most easy to understand. The retreat was designed in such a way that each participant becomes aware of their strengths and their areas of development and how to work on those areas. The learning became a part of each participant’s style in a natural way.
Combine that with Srikanth’s deep knowledge and passion for coaching and mentoring and you will walk away with learning that continues to grow every day. If you are looking at making ICF competencies as an unconscious competency where they become part of the natural flow of your coaching process this is the training you need.

What I am today both as a person and a Coach is the result of an ongoing dose of confidence, authenticity, learning and belief of my mentor Srikanth. Had it not been for him, I would have lost my way into the labyrinth of tools, techniques and major FOMO in the world of Coaching. As a mentor, Srikanth sees beyond what I see as my best self! He has the unique ability to nudge without it ever becoming evident! As a Coach, every conversation I witness is a whole chapter in learning to be in service to the client! As a human being, he is my lesson in humility, caring and giving.
