Our Story
Our story is proof that one person’s misery can quietly help fuel purpose, joy and fulfillment. And that, no matter how badly life pounds us, we can rise from the depths and soar, lifting others along with them As a global certifying body in the field of coaching, ICF has helped more people understand coaching better and helped coaches hone their craft. After a long and successful career in the corporate world, our co-founder Srikanthan Kumarasamy (Sri) found his calling in coaching.

Our Founders & Faculty
Srikanthan (Sri) discovered the full meaning of the word ‘calling’ when he discovered coaching. Or, perhaps we should say, when coaching discovered him. Since that moment, life has not been the same.
To him, ‘coach’ is not a label; it is his entire being. A way of living. A way of showing up, for himself and for others. A way of enabling. He believes coaching is not an act of doing; it is a state of presence, trust and relational depth.
